    We take great pride in our products here at Mighty Themes. We are happy to assist you with any WordPress theme or plugin related question. Read our full support policy below:

    Scope of Support

    We can only support Mighty products. We are happy to provide you help regarding installing, setting up and using our products that are purchased directly from or through official reseller programs such as ThemeForest.

    Hours of Operation

    Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:00 (GMT -5). During this time, we strive to answer all support request within 24 hours. If the request is more advanced or technical in nature the response time may vary.

    Support Channels

    We can only provide support via our support forum. Any support requests made via e-mail, Twitter, or any other method will be directed back to our forum.

    After purchasing a Mighty product, simply verify your purchase for support forum access.

    Should you have any questions regarding account related issues or pre-sales questions please contact us via our contact page.

    Theme Customizations

    We are unable to offer any customization service of our WordPress themes. Any support request made, must be regarding an issue with the product prior to any customization or modification.

    Seeing as though customization is popular within WordPress, we may provide you with paid customization services if you wish for us to customize one of our products.

    Third-Party Plugins

    Due to the innumerable amount of third-party plugins that exist inside the WordPress community, we cannot offer support for any issue involving a third-party plugin. This includes the installation, set up, or functionality of a third-party plugin within a Mighty WordPress theme.


    It is our commitment to you to fix any bug within any of our products as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. If you should find a bug please contact us via the support forum and we will provide a solution, after which we will will update the core product.
